  My son had an emergency refrigerator issue. I called the office and spoke with Courtney (extremely professional ). She called my son and arrange a time that fit his work schedule. The tech that came out knew this stuff and was honest about the situation. The new refrigerator arrives Friday. They could have given him a story and performed a band aid fix.
