  Sure they look nice, but don't let appearances fool you. My house isn't even five years old and I have had to hire contractor upon contractor to fix all of their mistakes. The mortar between the bricks on the outside of the home is crumbling, the vaulted ceiling has a huge crack, the steps off of the back patio literally fell apart - just to name a few. Not only that, but the electricians that they hired (Harrelson Electric) did such a bad job, the electrician I hired to fix everything was surprised I didn't have an electrical fire start. Just about every other outlet in the home was non functional.
  
  A warning to anyone considering a Premier Home - RUN!!!!! and then call my teenage boys, I am sure they could build a more sound home.
