  I've had absolutely the BEST experience at this store! We just paid off our whirlpool fridge yesterday. Because we paid it off we were eligible for the first month free on a new agreement. So we picked out a queen sized memory foam mattress/box spring/basic metal frame. It was scheduled for delivery between 1-3 pm today but they only have one delivery truck running today. So they called us and let us know it would be between 3-5 pm, but no big deal. At least they called! The staff here is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, courteous and not pushy! I couldn't make a payment because I'm a disabled veteran living off my VA disability and the payment was due at the end of the month. I get paid on the first of every month. So I called them and let them know I couldn't pay till the first. When I went into the store, I was considering having them come get the fridge and just going to buy a used one for $250-300 from a used appliance store in Wilmington, since to get caught up it was going to be close to $250. I told the guy, that was there to really my payment, that & he worked with me on the payment. He waved the late fee and put part of the past due payment onto the end of our lease agreement. He also helped me set up auto payment so the next months payment would come out on the first of every month. January 1st this year, our last payment was due but it was more than we were expecting and more than I'd budgeted for. It also had to be paid in the the store instead of online. So my husband went to pay it and they allowed him to pay part then and the remaining balance yesterday (02/01/2018). So once we pay off the mattress set (it's only an 8 month lease to own agreement this time! So excited about that!) we'll be going back for a couch/loveseat set! We'll never go anywhere else! Yes you could spend less of you just saved up and paid cash for things, but you'd have to wait till you had all the money, to get whatever you wanted. So to me it's worth paying more. Especially because you know if it breaks while you're making payments, they'll fix it or replace it! You can also upgrade to newer or nicer models of anything, at any time. Your payments from the other item, will transfer over to the new one! Seriously this is a great way to avoid debt (like credit cards) and get nice things!
