  Made a reservation. Came to pick up the rental and the guy at the Leland location was clueless. Was told by a different associate on the phone that the machine I needed would fit in my small SUV. I asked for the dimensions and told him the space it would need to fit in but it wasn't even close to what I was told. When I asked for suggestions from the guy at the store, he didn't have any was unmotivated to help. I'll find another place to rent tools.
